DREAMRRS is a recruiting platform and team for athletes and fitness-driven people, 19 to 24, stepping out of sport and into business. We recruit competitors, train them like a program, and put them in a career where output — not tenure — sets the pace.
Here’s the gap we exist to close: you spend fifteen years learning to practice, perform, and take hard coaching — then the standard path hands you a flat salary and tells you to wait your turn. That drive deserves a scoreboard.
